Cancellation Policy

 

Notice of cancellation must be made by email to info@microplasticpollution.org or by fax to +39 081 8675230.

 

Cancellations received by June 30, 2017 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellations received by July 31, 2017 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid.
μ-MED 2017 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.

 

Cancellations receive after July 31, 2017: NO refund can be made.

 

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu or requesting a refund
